Turned up when expected, pleasant, well mannered and got on with the job. Took his time to explain what he'd done. Excellent example of what a mechanic should be.

Engine was overfilled with oil - tried calling the mechanic back but no response. Called ClickMechanic who really didn't care and could offer no assistance. Buyer beware!
