Colin was great - we had lots of problems having to rearrange in the bad weather and he was very accommodating. His communication at all times was excellent and he kept us informed of progress and findings very quickly. Thank you!

Colin ventured out in the beast from the east to do a per-purchase inspection for me, I had a call before he went to clarify the address plus I expressed a couple of key things I wanted checked on the car which were included in the inspection anyway.
I received the report within the allotted time and I got a follow up call the next day as Colin was trying to get home in the poor weather.
I got a very good and detailed report and Colin could confirm the cars condition verbally as well, Purchased the car based on this report as I have only seen pictures of it not got it yet but I'm assured I wont be disappointed.

I needed front and rear brake pads replacing on my BMW X1. When I rang BMW I was quoted over £400 for the job and I would have been without my car all day.

I expected that my car would have to be taken away to a garage for the repairs, but Colin managed to fit the brake pads on my driveway in under two hours.
