Joseph messaged me in the morning with an estimated arrival time and arrived exactly as promised, despite the bad weather. Very pleasant and knows his stuff, got on with the job and all sorted within an hour. Checked the car over afterwards and all is now good. Overall very happy with Joseph and the whole process of using Click Mechanic
