The guy was able to tell me all the things that weren't wrong with my car, he was very thorough. He could not tell me what the actual fault was. To be fair he did internet research that evening and talked to colleagues and found the likely cause. Sadly it will require a trip (tow) to the dealers to resolve the fault. Not the mechanics fault just a common Vauxhall fault that will cost £2000 to fix.

I can't say much more than I had a car that wasn't working and now have one that does, cant get better than that.

I purchased the Premium Pre Purchase inspection and ESY Ltd was assigned to my job. The report was comprehensive and communication was very good. However, several issues with the car were not picked up. For example; neither the front or rear parking sensors were functioning, the seller informed me that a part was required so this highlights ESY did not check this function. Additionally, only 3 small dents were marked on the report. This couldn’t be further from the truth, the whole bonnet needed a re-spray due to inadequate paintwork, the headlights where not fixed correctly and there was a deep scratch longer than 3 inches not mentioned.

Due to these issues I did not purchase the car. I travelled 3.5 hours there and back without purchasing the car due to the inspection not being up to standard. Read more

No stamp for the service book so had to do it manually. Could not reset the service clock which I had to do myself. The exhaust has a slight rattle but he said it could be loose.
