Job was completed quickly and everything was explained to me when it was happening with a few updates. However, they left the old part in my car, so I now need to go to the tip to get rid of it.

Although unable to fix the problem, he worked hard to try to figure out what was wrong and gave me good advice about which expert to call. This was a complex computer system problem.

Chris and his colleague arrived in good time, were keen to get started and seemed knowledgeable. They had arrived with the only message that my headlight was not working, I am a little confident in trying to fix an 'out' lightbulb myself and know where to go, which fixture to unscrew etc. and would not register with Clickmechanic for such a simple problem. However....my problem had more of a story, which seemingly had not been relayed to Chris. Unfortunately with little information to arrive with, the assumption of a bulb out perhaps influenced Chris's decision on how to solve my problem and I did feel for a time that I was seen as the 'female who knows nothing'. .. I am however one to assert myself and I did explain that there was more to my situation than just an 'out' bulb.. On further explanation, a diagnostics review was completed - this did find nothing to cause several outages in a short time of the same headlight, and I hope that the light bulb change will be the fix. Super impressed! I left the house at 07:30 to a flat battery. I knew it had been on its last legs and made the decision to stump up for a new one. Was expecting maybe it would get done next day but it was fixed at home by 11:30. Cost a little bit more than KwikFit but without having to jump start the car and get it to the workshop and 7 days quicker!

On time and done quickly in the cold weather ， The car is ready for normal use

Just like to say the mechanic that diagnosed my problem and cleared all faults is a credit to both the company he works for and for Click Mechanic. Absolute pleasure to deal with, described the issue I had in plain English that I could understand and felt confident about the work he completed.
