Very friendly and punctual, but gave wrong advice. He made a diagnostic saying the car would need a new battery and a new alternator. As he couldn't repair on site (understandably for not having the parts) he told us we would get a quote online with a choice of garages who would carry out the work. I never received anything. I ended up bringing the car to a local garage and they only changed the battery in the end. The alternator was working just fine!

The mechanic had good communication prior to booking after confirmation of booking. He gave me an estimated arrival time on the day as it was earlier than my booked appointment.
He fully explained what the diagnostics had found and showed me clearly the problem with the engine and gave some advice about prognosis, possible costs etc.
