The mechanic had good communication prior to booking after confirmation of booking. He gave me an estimated arrival time on the day as it was earlier than my booked appointment.
He fully explained what the diagnostics had found and showed me clearly the problem with the engine and gave some advice about prognosis, possible costs etc.

Whilst travelling home a warning message appeared on the dash board to say "engine inspection required". My usual service garage wouldn't/couldn't look at the car for three weeks. I filled in an easy to complete on line application for a diagnostic check and within less than 24 hours Ugur had arrived and diagnosed the cause. He arrived at the time promised , was certainly friendly and so far as as I can tell is knowledgeable. I am happy for him to return to fit the replacement part.

Ugar arrived on time, unfortunately the problem didn't occur when he was here, he tried multiple times and could not find a fault. He was very helpful and surgested another option to try
