Reece changed my break discs and pads both rear on my audi A4, was early so called ahead to make sure that was ok, got straight to work and repair was completed very quickly, test drove the car to make sure everything was OK, can't recommend new gen Auto service enough very competent and reliable mobile mechanics. Will be using there services in the future.

Nobody came i waited 40minutes and no mechanic and now you have charged me even though nobody came

The mechanic was fantastic done a great job recommended extra parts to be done on the job which I took up. I hope I get the same mechanic. I would recommend Nexgen autos services to anyone out there. A five star rating is not high enough.

Reece said he thought he had managed to find and fix my AC leak but couldn't offer a service to re-gas so I can't confirm the issue was fixed until some time in the future. Disappointed that a re-gas service was unavailable at the same time.

Reece was very helpful and got the back up and running.

Unfortunately another issue was diagnosed post appointment but Reece got back to me promptly.
