Lucian informed me exactly what time he would be at my house. Once here he found the fault and sourced the correct part needed. He took time to explain to me that which he had found, having completed his diagnostics, in layman's terms without any overly technical palaver. No pressure at any time, as pleasant an experience as one could hope to experience in the situation that faced me.
