The mechanic was on time and carried out the inspection well.
It’s just the after process that did not happen. I needed my car fixed ASAP and asked for him to email me a quote for the required work. However 24 hours after the visit , still no email so I contacted the mechanic by email. As of yes (3 days from the visit ) I have not received my quote.. I find this very unprofessional and as I now have to pay for another mechanic to come out and pay for another diagnostic, then for the car to be fixed.
Very disappointed as I have used the service for many years. I will not be doing so again now.
