Henry was excellent and extremely obliging when click mechanics system failed miserably it's very unlikely I will use them again. A total waste of time trying to cope with their ridiculous website and customer service, it was much better when you could speak to a human being.

Henry arrived punctually, carried out the difficult repair without any problems.
Left the drive in good order. A very friendly quality job was completed very efficiently
