Overall I was very pleased with the service there was a bit of an issue with correct parts but Daniel got it sorted 👍

Daniel did an excellent job. Based on his suggestions, it’s clear he knows exactly what he’s doing.

Daniel arrived within the allotted time & had called me to let me know he was on his way.
He got on with the job quickly and replaced the heater matrix more swiftly than anticipated.
After the job was finished he showed me photos & let me see the old, replaced part. All seems good so far!
