Daniel was terrific! Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly - sorted out the problem with no hassle. Would recommend and definitely would use again.

Daniel arrived 5 mins earlier than the 2 hour window which was great. Quickly checked the issue and explained exactly what was wrong and what would need fixing.

Daniel phoned to say that he would be later than the scheduled time, due to parts not being available before the time. when he arrived, there was no messing around, straight to work. Finished and cleaned all warning lights, less for the Mrs not filling the windscreen washer fluid up

I was apprehensive about using Clickmechanic but as soon as I has spent 5 mins talking to Daniel (mechanic) I was very confident I’d made correct decision.
Did major service on my Juke. Assured me there would be no mess. Protected the driveway. He even ran diagnostics check on issue car had even though only booked service. When finished took me through everything he had done in detail, showed the removed parts and even had taken photos and videos of him doing the work just to make sure I was happy. Brilliant service from him and nice friendly person. You don’t get this from a dealer. Definitely use him again👍.

Daniel was very thorough and checked everything to find out what was wrong with my car. Sadly it was a problem with the sensor/immobiliser which he was unable to fix. I thought it might be so but it was better to get it confirmed.
