They carried out the work effectively but I would say that the report wasn't written very clearly (check it out to see what you think!)

Thank you for your review, I’ve inspected the car as I normally would , and after I have written the report I tried to contact you twice although there was no signal, and when you contacted me , the signal was still bad and therefore couldn’t communicate properly with each other, and agreed for you to call back when the signal was good in order to carry on with the update on the inspection. I didn’t call you myself as I thought you had seen the report and you were happy with it . Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for the review, I will use it to better my services in the future .
