I don’t normally write reviews, but I was that impressed, it deserved one. The mechanic was friendly, punctual and very hard working, keeping me up to date with the work he was doing. Reasonably priced as well. I would 100% recommend

Ionut was excellent. He arranged to arrive earlier than booked to give some buffer time in case of difficulties. Clutch change is a big job with a lot of dismantling. He kept me informed, showed me the worn parts and also identified potential future works. He was friendly and considerate of my neighbours whose vehicles share the communal parking area. I was very pleased with the work and will use the service again.

Ionut, was great, and honest. He turned up with clutch kit only to realise it was a gearbox issue. He said he could fit but it would not solvectge issue. Instead he completed other work tgen moved on to the next job. Solid guy!

Very happy with the work carried out by the mechanic, the water pump and timing belt changed on my Ford Mondeo. The booking times got mixed up and we had the work done a week before we asked for it. The mechanic was friendly, polite, punctual and had good knowledge of the work he carried out.

The mechanic attended on the same day that I reported our problem (which was that my wife's car wouldn't start after being unused for a couple of weeks, due to her ill health). I had already bought and installed a new battery, to no avail. When contacting ClickMechanic, I suggested that the starter motor could be the source of the difficulty. That evening, the mechanic (whose name I never discovered) soon confirmed this, and had a new one fitted within a couple of hours. He was positive and cheerful throughout, despite working in less than ideal conditions.
