Poor communication, arrived late. Overcharged by £60 for part. I trusted quote, my fault should have checked first.

At that day the intercooler boost pipe price was 209.99£ at euro car parts. I have the paperwork.
I will send you the quotation from that day from euro car parts in about one hour, it’s in my car. Arrived 40 minutes later than time slot 10:40 due to heavy traffic on m6, which was communicated over the phone. I do apologise about this.

Did the work in the wind and rain, at 17:00 in the dark.Changed brake caliper in less than 20 minutes, £115 labour charge...mmmm. But work done.

The price is set by click mechanic, not by us. We’ve completed the job in less than 20 minutes because there were 2 of us, and because we’ve learned to complete this kind of job in 20 minutes with our years of experience.

My mechanic was efficient and completed my repair with no problems.
Only downside is l booked an 8am to 10am timeslot but due to not being able to get the part required he didn't turn up until 11. 30. He did communicate however and explained the situation.
