I spoke with Andrei the day before he was due about the proposed work and took advice on also changing the brake pads whilst replacing one sized caliper. When he arrived he carried out the work in good time and I'm very pleased with it. I'd be happy to have him work on my car again.

Since the.day I had my breaks done I've had a bumping noise on front of car which is really worrying me. The mechanic asked.me what type of noise and I told him and he not replied since . I will take it to a garage tommorrow to have it.checked and will be back I'm touch if it's anything to.do with the job I.had done by yourselfs

The noise is coming from the rear brake pads that you’ve been advised you need to replace asap when we have changed the brake fluid. They were completely low when we’ve inspected the brakes on your car. But you said you’re selling the car soon and new car is coming.

Was a delay in sourcing cleaning equipment to clean my Dpf but was kept updated along the way which really appreciated, came out and did a full clean and my car is now no longer in limp mode or have any warning lights on and is fully fixed. Also advised me on a separate issue that he notices whilst on his visit so went above and beyond the service I booked. Highly recommend and would use again!

Although they weren't able to fix my car, Andrei showed me issue (timing belt) and explained well how thats causing the car to not run, which I'm grateful for as i can just move on from the car instead of mechanics I've had in the past who just guessed the issue in order to take some money from me.

Booked a slot between 6pm and 8pm, arrived 9.12pm , although I was kept updated throughout, I found it frustrating and stressful as I had to be in work that evening as I work nights, in future I will make sure I am not working on a night that I book an appointment slot. Mechanic and his partner were friendly and did apologise to me.

Hi Helen. Thanks for your feedback and I do apologise for arriving 1:10 hr later than the timeslot due to heavy traffic in Manchester. But as promised we have changed the part in less than 15 minutes so you wasn’t late at work.
