it was easy hassle free experience, honest and courteous mechanic (Toby).

Toby was brilliant....very knowledgeable, friendly and talked me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it.
This is the second time I have used ClickMechanic and I don't know why I would now use anyone else!

Toby was very helpful and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me easily. He was very friendly and arrived close to the end of the 2 hour window I had selected. He was also helpful in trying to get the problem fixed ASAP for my convienience and the rest of the work should hopefully be completed tomorrow.

Toby did a great job today, on time, explained what he did and areas that may be of concern. Great work.

I will not use this service again

fault correctly diagnosed by my local garage fault crank sensor £50 fixed running fine now paid £46 for incorrect diagnosis not impressed I have more sofisticated tools than mechanic had cheap 4 bulb battery tester small bag of tools turned up in car not a van

If I owned a garage, I will sell it now to fairview to build some flats!! These guys are just awesome. Period!!

Not able to do the job so can't say i am happy with the experience

I was a little sceptical of booking a mechanic on line for all the usual concerns about reliability and having unnecessary work done on my car.
The guy that turned up, was great. He was approachable, explained in detail everything I needed to know and did only the work required to get my car back on the road.
He is not that local to my area, but he would certainly be my regular mechanic if he was. I would use this service again. Before I confirmed my booking they communicated with me brilliantly without being pushy. Very good, thanks.

Toby arrived as arranged, unfortunately, the car failed MOT.
