Great service at a good price - comprehensive report

Excellent service and good communication and speedy report. Would definitely recommend. So much cheaper than the AA and RAC.

Quality: unfortunately the mechanic who attempted to diagnose a fault to my ignition couldn't get my car to start.
10 minutes after he left, I found the ignition fault and started the car.

Punctuality: I took the day off work on the 1st day and the mechanic failed to attend, however he did send a text apologising for not being able to keep the appointment. Whilst I greatly appreciate family matters are important, I still lost a days work. We rearranged the appointment and he turned up on time.

Great communication, very knowledgable.

I booked mechanic for diagnostic tests. He plug computer and told me that there is no any errors and I have to do servicing. Then I go to another garage to do diagnostic they found errors and speed sensor is not working. So I spent 50£ for nothing thanks to you.

Toby arrived 5 minutes before the end of the 2 hour window I'd booked but was friendly and efficient. He seemed knowledgeable and explained the work he'd carried out clearly. I was very impressed by the overall service with Click Mechanic, especially the email and text confirmations at different stages of the booking process.

Very concise inspection of the car. Experienced mechanic that pointed out all necessary work that car needed plus reassured about the condition of the car something I was not sure about. Great.

Toby is a friendly and conscientious mechanic who is keen to do the best job he can.
