John was excellent and very friendly. I had him booked in to do an interim service and MOT test, He texted me the evening before to let me know what time he would be arriving. The next morning he called me to say he was stuck on the A12 due to an accident. When he arrived back after servicing my car he fully informed me what was involved and how the MOT test went which I am pleased to say passed. I would recommend John.
