John was great, friendly and easy to talk to. Contacted me the day before to check everything was still ok and to re-confirm vehicle location. Arrived at sellers address on time, did a thorough inspection and identified any issues, even if they was minor. Contact me after the inspection to discuss findings and issued the report on time. Perfect, put my mind at easy when buying a car from distance.

John was excellent. He was extremely professional and his work was first rate. He had a few problems with rust and bad threads but sorted them out without issue and completed the job in a great time.

My only gripe is with the message communication on clickmechanic itself as it’s a bit daft. Use a proper system and not an internet based one so that the messages are easier to receive and send.

Brilliant service, very polite staff and managed to help me out massively, will definitely use again
