Sump plug been broken needs replaced snapped now cars dropping oil onto the floor need to request a refund but no contact with click mechanic phoned up and they put the phone down

Hi Ahmet,
It’s Dylan the mechanic here, as I explained to you today at the job, the threads on your oil sump where already damaged when we attended the vehicle we have the photographic evidence of this. ( Please see the attached pictures on the original booking )
I took extra time and tried many different things to re-seal this for you! As I explained today..
I understand the oil was not leaking as badly previously? But there was a slight leak which would of been caught by the engine undertray, this is why I advised I had left the flap open so you could see the oil coming from sump plug and not sit on top of the undertray.
As you said you’ve only had the vehicle a week or so, is it possible you have not noticed any oil leaking?
I am very disheartened that I have spent the extra time on your vehicle trying to help out, only to find out this is how you feel, especially after we had a lengthy conversation about what was going on with the vehicle, I feel I was very approachable and would have discussed this theory of bad workmanship through with yourselfs..
I would always hold my hands up if a mistake was made and go above and beyond to fix the issue, please ask any of my customers all of which have been happy with my work ( please see my previous reviews) , I understand you don’t know me as this was the first job we have done for yourself but moving forward you will realise I’m very trustworthy.
I helped you with a few solutions to fix the issue, I know you have someone else who you where going to try, but if you still need a help please let me know..

"Hello, I just wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Click Mechanic. I booked a diagnostic appointment with the hopes that the mechanic would find and fix the problem with my car. According to the website, if the issue can't be resolved on the spot, there would be a £70 recovery charge and the car would be taken to the garage. However, the mechanic identified the issue with the clutch but left after 10 minutes, stating that he wouldn't be able to fix it. Now my car is still in the driveway, and I'm left without a solution. Thanks for your review,
Today we had you booked in for a diagnostic inspection, Only to find out what was wrong with your vehicle.. when I arrived we test drove your vehicle (found clutch slipping) and afterwards I checked under the bonnet for any fluid leaks etc from the clutch, I then checked to see if the parts ( clutch kit ) where available for me to purchase, as this is a specialist robotic gearbox ( Manual gearbox with automatic control unit attached ) these parts where not available, I made you aware due to the complexity of the job this would require a gearbox specialist or possibly the main dealer to carry out the repair.

I don’t disagree we weren’t there for a very long time, but we quickly diagnosed the issue (What we had been called out to do) due to having many years experience in the motor trade, we looked into a solution for you to have your vehicle fixed ( even although not through our self’s )
I’m sorry you weren’t satisfied with your booking today, but I feel we carried out the booking in an professional and efficient manner therefore making this review a little unfair as we done what had been asked of us!
We wish you the best of luck moving forward with the repair of your vehicle, Again please accept my apologies on not being able to have your vehicle back on the road today but unfortunately some jobs are to complex for roadside repair..

I have always had a passion for cars from a very young age, hence my career choice.
I started out as an apprentice in my local independent garage working on a wide range of vehicles, plant and machinery. after 4 years and completing my apprenticeship it was time for a new challenge. A Volkswagen Dealership, this where I developed my skills and grew my knowledge even further. Until COVID-19 struck! I was put onto furlough.
