Dean was punctual, clear on what was wrong with my car and why and communicated effectively before the appointment. He isn’t exactly a corporate shiny main dealer and better because of that. He seems to want to get people moving without breaking their bank balances.

Dean was a great guy, arrived early but let me know, got straight on with the job and was finished in no time, with my van starting and running perfectly. Very friendly and knew his stuff. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again. The whole click mechanic experience was great from start to finish, and would recommend to anyone.

He was brilliant in all areas: communication; speed of communication; inspection thoroughness; post-inspection call and run through; meticulous (I’m fussy, so glad he was!), yet not over the top; reassuring; full report and photos. This placed me in a very sound position to then contact the dealership and in a reasonable way ask for the snags he detected to be put right, to which all were agreed by the garage and rectified prior my collection day.
