Dean and Chris were great, they did a thorough job, took photos and were open to a phone call afterwards to discuss any questions I had. I would have liked some written feedback at the end of the report, with just a few words explaining what was wrong with the vehicle and how serious the damage and repair would be, but they explained that in the phone call once I called them

Dean and his colleague were great, car was booked in promptly, he then had a cancellation and did it 3 days earlier. Arrived early and got on with the job, showed and explained to me what the problem was with faulty part, both were very easy going and friendly and would definitely have again, thanks.

Dean phoned me the day before arranged arrival time . On day arrived at arranged time started job straight away repairs were done professionally and i was back on the road much sooner than if i had gone to a garage. Would use Dean again in the future for any other repairs without hesitation.

Dean was carrying out an inspection on a car I’m purchasing. He was on time although I was surprised when the full 160 point inspection and 5 miles test drive were all complete in less than 45 minutes and report received. When booking this service information on website stated 2-3 hours for the inspection, which is similar to the amount of time taken by AA when I’ve used in the past. I was also not called after the inspection as advertised for the premium service. Otherwise he seemed quite friendly when I called him for an update.
