Jazz and his mate were friendly but on the first day they turned up 2 hours late with the wrong part and after taking off the wheel and realizing they had the wrong part they put the wheel back together again but I think it wasn't put back correctly because it didn't feel safe when I drove it. I mentioned it to jazz when I see him and he tried explaining why it was like how it was but I didn't fully understand.

They turned up late again the next day but completed the job and my
problem was resolved. Car drives fine now.

Arrived slightly later than planned, but was sorted through a quick phone call. Diagnosed the problem and offered all the info/advice needed to remedy the problem.

Very professional, and seemed like a cool guy. Job was done quickly and professionally. I recommend.

Arrived late. However did the job and all went well. Bit of a mess left on my drive afterward though.

Can’t fault the work done at all but the lack of communication was a problem, nearly 2 hours late and I had to be the one to phone to find out what was going on. Once arrived they took my car as it had started to rain and completed the work quickly and returned my car with no issues. Had they arrived when was booked would have been 5 stars all round unfortunately
