Jaz was a very friendly man, arrived earlier than expected, explained what he was going to do and got on with it. As a person who has never used a mobile mechanic before, I always went to the dealership for works to be carried out. I was very anxious but I can truly say that I will never go back to a dealership again. I was very impressed with the whole experience and will recommend this service to all my friends. Jazz and his colleague saved the day today! When I found my battery had died this morning i was in a bit of a state (personal circumstances + a recent operation) After the school run on foot I was in quite a bit of pain and worrying about getting fixed as quickly as possible. By the end of the school day Jazz had arrived and waited for me to return from school. My battery was fixed and car rebooted within 40 minutes. All in all what could have been a very stressful and painful time for me personally was made very quick and easy, thank you Jazz and your colleague!
