Jaz was terrific! He kept me up to date throughout the whole process and arrived promptly. He even helped remove the glass from my old wing mirror (which wasn't damanged), so that I won't have to pay extra money in the future to replace the glass if I ever need to! When I used clickmechanic before I had a horrible experience but Jaz restored my trust in clickmechanic and will definitely book him in again for any future work :)

2 hours late, didn’t tell me or the owner he would be late until the time had already passed. Punctuality and communication was a joke im afraid.
