The mechanic did a decent job and tok the work with very short notice period. I was a little bit disappointed that the car wasn't taken for a test drive as that is one of the criteria for paying for the middle level pre-inspection - I believe this was down to a car insurance issue.

The mechanic tried to scam me. I ordered a serpentine belt tensioner replacement but he insisted that “it showed just the belt on his app”. Then he tried to convince me that a belt tensioner is just a belt. In the long run he ended up doing the job I ordered because I confronted him. He brought the belt with him and tried to sell it to me for double the price of the belts you can find online.

Very knowledgeable and efficient, they also made recommendations ahead of my MOT which was very helpful

Jaz was great, I was late getting home and he waited for me without complaint. Very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved.

It was not good experience. I need to go garage next day, but it was an easy spot issue of the corrosion battery lead. But the mobile mechanics are not providing any solution on it. I will never use the service again.

Unfortunately I didn’t receive a call nor any advise on the vehicle. Never even spoke on the phone or any form of communication. Just took the money and nothing!!

Was really kind kept me updated, about arrival. Dealt with car as I was out so missus handed him a key , but he cracked on and by the time I got home had already diagnosed my car .
