oh was funny w went out to the car about 10 minutes before he came and it started, so he still checked the car all out but not a lot could do as it working, was really friendly and was earlier than was booked but phoned to say ok if came early, very nice chap jaz was knowledgeable as well very helpfull.

Not happy with what he did compared to how much it cost.
Rip off price for just a plug in and tell you the problem.
Could of put that money towards a garage diagnosing the problem AND fixing it.

Jaz was very effective at communicating the status of the work and my car. They carried out an inspection of my vehicle and called me promptly when there was potentially additional costs. Lucky for me, it was not needed but it was great to have clear, precise communication throughout. The work was completed to a very good standard and I was impressed with the work completed and the way in which I was communicated with. I will be a repeat customer.
