Kagan was brilliant. He came early and expected a mess but was greatful that the car wasn’t as bad as he expected. He made me aware of any issues and sorted them out. I had an existing fault on a brake sensor which he sorted out for free. He even cleaned the engine bay and hood of the car which meant he left the car better than he had found it. communication was solid and without a doubt would hire Kagan as a trusted Machanic for any issue small or large as well as routine maintenance.
