Kagan arrived early which was a good start, normally for this type of driveway service you can wait for hours.
I explained the problem to Kagan that my OS front disc was making a scrapping sound which I assumed was a worn pad on the disc.
After 5 minutes Kagan had the wheel off and he gave me the good news that the brake pads were at 50% and the noise was from the disc shield rubbing on the disc (damaged by my garage when in for repairs), which he straitened and replaced the wheel.
Then Kagan did a quick vehicle check fluids etc and said he would adjust the price accordingly.
This saved me £110 which was obviously great news.
He gave me a lot of information about my car and how good it was considering the mileage.
Thank you Kagan and the ClickMechanic team for excellent service and very quick response to my request (next day)
I will be using you again and not for just emergency's.
