Very passionate about his work and the vehicle he works on, very friendly and chirpy guy, unfortunately was unable to put the problem right which means having to go to VW agent !!!

Kagan was very professional, he carried out the service thoroughly and was very good at communicating afterwards. He gave me lots of helpful advice and was very pleasant and knowledgeable about many aspects of my car and other for future reference.
