Kagan was brilliant! Arrived dead on time, really courteous with great pre visit communication. Spent a good 3 hours giving my Mini Cooper S a well overdue thorough service and new rear brake pads. Went through all the work that he carried out, and gave me excellent advice on maintenance moving forward. Also advice on purchasing a new first car for my son, which was really appreciated! Kagan is an incredibly kind and friendly car mechanic with extensive knowledge. He carried out a professional and swift replacement of my brake discs and pads. Beyond the scheduled service, he inspected the entire car to make sure everything was in good condition. He had answers to all my questions about the car, which was very helpful. The cost was fair and reasonable. I genuinely appreciate his work and highly recommend him.

Very friendly and knowledgable. He spent slightly longer than planned to change the brake disc and pads, front and rear. My wife mentioned an issue with a newish battery. He identified the probable cause and coded the battery (stop start was not functioning). Highly recommended.
