Kagan was great. Really good communication when making the booking and afterwards as well. My partner was there when Kagan completed the job and she said he was very thorough, courteous and professional. Kagan changed all filters during the service and found that the previous garage hadn't been changing them. He also did a little bit of extra work that wasn't part of the service. Really good mechanic and I will definitely go to him first for any other work.
