I was initially pleased with the ease with which I was able to book my Citroen C4 in for replacement brake discs and pads at Gwent MOT Station, and the car was delivered back when expected with the repairs complete.
However upon further inspection after receiving the car back from the Garage, I discovered that both the glovebox handle and the driver's seat height adjustment handle had been broken off. Furthermore, my bluetooth FM transmitter was nowhere to be seen once the car came back. Both the glovebox and seat adjustment handles were in full working order before I sent the car to the garage, which means that the interior had been damaged whilst in the Mechanic's care, and it appears the bluetooth FM transmitter was taken, as it has always lived in the car.
I do have to give some credit to the garage/clickmechanic, as they did agree to compensate me for a new glovebox handle. However, because I only noticed the damage to the seat height adjustment handle some weeks after, they were not willing to accept responsibility for this breakage which was disappointing.
Ultimately, this level of disregard for a customer's vehicle is unacceptable. Any customer expects to receive their vehicle back from a garage in perfect condition, with nothing broken, and certainly nothing stolen, especially after paying nearly £600 on repairs and a new MOT.
It's clear that the mechanics that collected and dropped off the car had zero regard for it, and it's been a huge headache having to replace and sort out things that I absolutely did not expect to have to sort when leaving the car with a trusted and reputable garage through clickmechanic.

Hi good morning , we carried out yours repairs and MOT to a high very high standard , When a driver dropped the vehicle off to you on the 6th of April you contacted me next day saying Glove box handle was broken, The mechanic confirmed we didn’t have to go into glovebox for anything whatsoever as the locking that was in the rear boot, but as a goodwill gesture we refunded you the part which you was happy with no mention of anything else whatsoever and now three weeks later you message Your saying you are seat handle has broken and your Bluetooth is missing! we find this very strange after three weeks as would anybody else in my position would have , you sent us photos of the broken seat handled and it looks like you have pulled it off by mistake doesn’t even look broke with the Bluetooth how come only now three weeks later you were saying it’s gone missing if you mention this to us same time as glovebox then we could’ve investigated this and sorted something out , but three weeks later we find this very suspicious, we carry out repairs an MOT on about 25 cars a day and with no issues what do ever .

Unfortunately the garage didn’t come at the time I was given, but after receiving a message from them they arrived about an hour later than the new time, however Nathan was friendly made the repair quickly. The car now runs very well.
