Rhalf was very good, although I put the request in at 2100 hours the night before, asking for a 0800 - 1000 window, he managed to get the parts ordered, arrive and do the job within the time I needed to get to a meeting. He was finished by 1245.

Great job, Ralph was professional at his skill and did a good job I would certainly recommend him to anybody who needs a good mechanic.

The mechanic was very friendly prompt and quick. The o ly issue was that he put incorrectly installed the left rear brake pad resulting in a knocking noise that has been rectified by another mechanic.

Rhalf accomodated and adjusted his diary to suit the schedule.

The report turnaround was quick.
