Ralph was very prompt to the job, gave me a good break down of the new van I am looking to purchase.

Ralff was a bit late due to traffic but more than made up for that with his service. His attention to detail was amazing, he was I to absolutely everything, picking up 2 faults that should have meant an MOT fail, even though the car had a fresh MOT. Ultimately, he saved me a lot of money because I was able to demonstrate to the seller how much the repairs would cost, knocking over 5 grand off of the asking price. Ralph was punctual, professional and did a great job. More competitive and convenient than the local garage.

Rhalf was late, but he kept the seller of he car well informed about how far behind schedule he was, and everything was re-arranged without fuss.
