He gave clear advice so I was able to buy with confidence (and got a discount on the car as well!) Rhalf was great - he contacted me to verify details and to suggest alternative parts when the make I requested was out of stock.(he did this the day before, so that everything went smoothly on the day) He arrived on time, had everything needed to do the job, and was neat and organised.
