I was able to speak with him on the phone prior to our appointment which allowed great confidence for what to expect at my appointment. He was friendly and approachable, as well as patient with explaining his findings in layman’s terms which I found most important as someone with not a great deal of car, nor engine, knowledge. Booking with ClickMechanic was an excellent decision and I would absolutely use the service again based on Rhalf’s standards today.
