Edd was excellent. From his level of his level of detail to his punctuality. This was the best and most reassuring service I could use. There never once was a moment where I felt he was rushing things, left me waiting or didn’t want to assist me. Really great service through and through and I couldn’t be happier. Incredibly knowledgeable and great and offering solutions for any issues that did arise once the vehicle was inspected.

He went above and beyond on the inspection and was able to provide some really good insight to help inform my decision prior to purchase. I've now collected my Audi TTRS from a dealer several hundred miles from me which was inspected by Edd. Paying £40k for a car that you have never seen in person is obviously worring. I can confidently say that Edd's indept knowledge and thorough report was the defining factor for me completing the purchase. Edd, who has extensive knowledge of Audis, clearly inspected every inch of the car, far beond what even click mechanic set out. He found a number of issues that even the main dealer's inspection missed, allowing me to further negotiate with the price before collection; easily covering the cost of the inspection. I booked a Premium Pre-Purchase Vehicle Inspection. Edd was fantastic from start to finish and I can't recommend him enough! He was extremely personable and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, taking time to communicate everything clearly with me in a way that I understood. He was very thorough in both his work and what he included on the report, and took time to carefully discuss everything with me after the inspection. I was grateful to be able to ask all of my questions in the follow up phone call and feel a lot more confident about my next steps thanks to his service.
