I pay 103£ for what,just tell me you have problem with injector lick,and your battery is uncharge,but dont put tester for check problem my car but I pay for full diagnostic car

Your booking was for someone to attend your location to investigate a non start issue as you couldn’t take it to a garage.
The booking was for a non start, which was your battery at fault, battery and charging system fully checked, you were advised a replacement is needed, the injector issue was highlighted to you as it was leaking, also was advised it’s dangerous as diesel was leaking in engine bay area. There wasn’t any further issues with the vehicle was there? As the non start was rectified and you were fully advised what was needed to prevent this happening again, and you were advised what was needed ref the injector issue - a full strip down of the injectors and inspection.

Ford C-MAX Handbrake cable adjustment

Ed came late and diagnosed the issue. No work completed. Stated he could for a brake cable but advised against it. Not sure what I paid for other than £116 for 10 minutes work. Very disappointed.

I could have fitted a cable, but at 8pm on a Friday, parts are not available and also the problem didn’t start with the cable - it was the calliper which was advised needed replacing also and that a cable wouldn’t fix your issue.
I’m sorry you feel this way, when I first received the booking, (may I add that YOU had booked in to have your handbrake cable adjusted) I called you to discuss your issue and from what you told me I explained that I suggest the issue could be more in-depth that just a handbrake adjustment as you had also advised me that you had the vehicle recovered home. At this time I advised that when I arrive if it’s just a handbrake adjustment then this would be a great solution but can’t diagnose over the phone as I haven’t seen the vehicle or the issue, and you explained that no other mechanic had either.
At this point you stated you weren’t sure if you wanted to continue with the booking, which like I said is absolutely fine, however you wanted me to continue to come to the job and look at it, which I did and unfortunately it wasn’t just an adjustment as the cable is broken and also other parts are required.
At 8pm on a Friday evening on the same day you had broken down you’ll struggle to get anyone out for free to look at your vehicle.
As for the cost then I don’t set prices, and you were made fully aware when you booked it what the process is, and I also explained when I called you what the outcome maybe worst case scenario which unfortunately it was, where the brakes had failed and require new parts.
If something fails on your boiler and you have to pay for an engineer to come out, do you question British Gas are doing their job correctly? Or book them in for a repair whereby you tell them what needs doing prior to an inspection by an engineer?
You were given all opportunities to cancel the booking prior to me attending even after I had fully explained that it potentially could be a bigger issue than just a handbrake adjustment as I stated many times my time is not free, I have advised you the best I can with a solution with no intention to misguide you, hence the cable replacement won’t fix the calliper being seized.
When I left, you were fully aware what needed to be done, and happy for me to quote for the repair (parts/labour) but if you had such an issue this wasn’t expressed while I was present with you, and you fully understood why work couldn’t be carried out at the time due to it initially being booked in for a cable adjustment.
