Ed arrived in good time, to diagnose a none-start problem with my Smart car. He diagnosed the problem and talked me through why he had reached his conclusion. Took him approx 20 minutes. He put me in the know and advised me on next action to get on the move. A good, friendly chap, I recommend him.
