Simon was really good, he arrived on time and even text me as he was heading to me with an estimation of how long he would be. He was also very friendly and was very quick to resolve the issue.

Simon was brilliant! He wasn't only knowledgeable, but also very friendly and reassuring. He kept us updated throughout the process from the moment the picked up the booking until he fixed our car. He offered to go and pick up the part required to fix the car and finish the repairs the same day and the whole job was done in no time at all.
