Simon was very professional. Had great communication and despite it being a Bank Holiday came over today. Simon arrived at given time, was friendly and polite. Had the car sorted in about an hour. This was vital for me as I need to have my car sorted due to family member having cancer and me needing to get back to the Isle of Wight with car in good order to do hospital runs. He was friendly, but took our word for the reason as to why the vehicle wouldn't start, he took off the starter only to find it was the wrong one, he couldnt come back till the following day to fix it, not his problem.
After fitting the new unit he then found out that it wasn't the starter but the flywheel and then recommended that it would need to be on a ramp to fix it, also said that maybe whilst doing so that a new clutch should
be changed at well.
I feel that he Should he have assessed the job before continuing only to find that it was beyond repair on this occasion, which would have saved us time and money, as £146 out of our account for labour only, and yet still no vehicle.
