The engineer was polite , earlier than expected and helpful. Unfortunately he was unable to complete the diagnostic I booked in , as the diagnostic computer wouldn't work on my vehicle.

Id been told by the AA bloke the slave cylinder had defo gone wrong over 95% sure. Simon said it probably wasn't as the AA are always wrong but carried on and fitted the slave cylinder. The AA bloke had also said there is a way of checking wether it is definitely the slave and not master cylinder before doing the work but I do t know if this is true or had been carried out by Simon. Either way it turned out not to be the slave cylinder so Simon took off after leaving parts in the foot well and saying clock mechanic would send me a quote for new work to be done and he mentioned about parts availablity in the coming days. ..
Next thing I get the bill for slave cylinder and note saying saying Simon can't fix it. So basically I'm was left confused not knowing what to do and messaged twice with no reply Read more
