The chap who picked the car up was puntual. I showed him the problem and no crack in the light only some condensation. I mentioned it might be a seal and he agreed. I then get a picture with a crack in the light unit and being asked to pay £1000 for an entire new unit. I am absolutely gob smacked.

Service was actually quite ok but I had a 1 pound coin in my car for trolleys at the supermarket and upon the car’s return, the coin was gone. This has definitely sullied my opinion of the service as it shows a lack of integrity.

Not very well to be truthful, they took the car on a Monday for a clutch repair i didn't it back until the following Tuesday, by that time i also needed a new clutch linkage? they said it took longer than normal due to waiting for this part, they also said, they tested the vehicle, but on the cars return to me, I had no head up screen display, no reservering lights or camera's and the stop and start didn't engage, so i went to the garage, and they fixed these issues while I waited.

Yes I'm very happy with the work, the clutch works better now and I will come back again if my cat needs repairing.

Read a few 1 star reviews but thought I’d trust them…. Mistake.

Service and MOT. Got told MOT failed and needed £500 repairs. Took it back and went to KwikFit for a second opinion… “Everything on this Fail list is not even an Advisory”.

Do all yourselves a favour, spend the extra few pennies and go to KwikFit

The service was awful, the vehicle had to be sent on a car carrier to another mechanic who had to cut out the clutch piston as the replacement had been incorrectly bolted using the wrong nit causing it to be fused onto the body. The second mechanic remarked on how poor the previous job was and to claim the money back which, they refused to do.
DO not use these people, the mechanics they refer to are back street con artists.

Great company, really efficient. Very happy with the work. Collected and returned my car as well and offered a cleaning service.
