Everything was perfect with our MOT with pick up and delivery. We were in a hurry and the communication and work was all perfect.

Driver arrived as requested took car macanic completed the work and called me to state it had been done no other work to be carried out very happy with the service

Great communication. Very punctual. Competitive price. Not sure of his name but the guy who picked my car up was amazing. My wife was low on fuel and he even filled it up for her and brought back the reciept. Would definitely use again.

They communicated well and the job was done per plan.

However , I had to raise a complaint due to my driver door handle and window didn’t work upon pick up. Raised it with the garage. They neither provided me with a plan or what could be done. They got angry with me by saying is not their fault. Disappointed.

The mechanic claimed my brake fluid was low and the driver-side reversing bulb was blown. I approved the brake fluid top-up but not the bulb replacement, yet I was charged for “rectifying a faulty reverse bulb.”
Later, I found my car only has one reverse light (rear left); the rear right is a fog light. It’s clear they either lacked knowledge or were overcharging me. I’m also certain they didn’t perform the full 70-point check , as there was no fresh greasing, no fluids topped up, and the “service vehicle soon” message on the dashboard wasn’t addressed. A very disappointing experience overall.

They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Work appears to have been carried out.
