Once again Simon arrived within the expected booking window, did an efficient job, and was very amiable. Having completed the job, he explained why my vehicle didn't need the parts that had been costed, and how that would generate an effective refund. I would certainly book Simon again for any EV servicing.

Simon was friendly and did the interim service for our EV quickly and without fuss. He also sent through some additional items that needed attention, which he had suggested were likely even before he started.

Even though he carried out a diagnostic inspection of the vehicle, which enabled me to inform the garage, the nature of the problem. I can even provide them with a fault code. All of which is completely pointless, as I have discovered. The garage insists on carrying out its own diagnostic inspection. They're just following the process, as they like to inform me. Easy money for you guys, I need to wise up...

Martin was great, he asked if he could come earlier which worked out better for me. Was here before he said, we discussed the issues with my car and the options. Fixed it in a timely manner. Communication was great.

He was very good at telling me what he was doing, but not sure he knew BMWs very well. I’m still left with a cat that won’t start - big waste of money really. No response to my texts regarding spare part.
