Sometimes when you are a woman mechanics tend to talk to you as though you don't know anything about cars, even if you do, but he didn't do this at all and spoke to me like a normal person.

Shoko arrived on time and replaced the fuel filter on our Kia. He waited while we gave it a test drive. No problems with car since repair. Excellent service.
