Friendly, polite… brought me back a beautifully clean car after the MOT and service! Unfortunately it rained about 10 minutes after he brought it back! Needs another wash!

Avoid, your job won't be done and when asking ClickMechanic for help resolving the issue you won't be assisted.

My car was taken for 24 hour for a service and returned with service lights still on,when questioning Shoko phoned and said a full service takes too long but he cleaned the oil filters. Originally offered a refund, a free MOT and valet but now is back tracking!

My time slot was 8-10 but I received and email at 7.30ish to say he’d arrive at 11. I thought that’s fine. 11 came and went and no show so jumped on the chat and he said he was on his way. Didn’t arrive until 12.30.

However once he was here I had no issues. Got things fixed in great time and even fixed my passenger side window (although not sure that was intentional but an added bonus)

I haven’t driven the car since but it starts up much better than before so overall very pleased.

Mechanic arrived within time frame identified fault quickly and stated he could do the work required the following day, booked the job that evening as requested by mechanic did not receive any confirmation and no communication despite calls during the day, finally got a reply that night at 19:30 to say will
check the bookings heard nothing since still waiting for a mechanic to be allocated. I find this unique as previous two occasions I have used the service work has been swift and efficient on both mine and my daughters car

Shoko arrived in the time slot allocated and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided some good advice. A quote for the work was sent within a couple of hours. The only issue thereafter has been that the mechanic hasn't responded / acknowledged any of my subsequent communication to carry out the work and appears to no longer want to help.
I suspect the easy money is the diagnostic based on the time taken to identify the issue, after that it appears to be too much trouble.
