The mechanic rang me on the morning to see if I wanted to be present at inspection and asked if anything particular I was worried about
He rang me after inspection gave me a verbal report and then sent the full report via email
He also communicated well with the seller

Vlad turned up one time, his communication was great and he kept me updated the whole time. The job was done much quicker than I expected and to a very high standard. Vlad also explained the issues we were having and what caused them. A great guy and clearly a very competent mechanic!
