Vladimir was very good, polite and friendly. The job well done. The problem with worn out batteries on an automatic car, on a flat road is that you are stranded. To get mobile assistance in a couple of hours is a real benefit. It was much appreciated.

A delightful friendly polite & professional Vladimir turned up exactly as arranged on a freezing cold day. With my car covered in ice & without any complaining he just got on with replacing my starter motor.
