Vlad was polite, honest and transparent about how he would work on my vehicle. He brought extra associated parts to my booking to ensure he could facilitate the required, partly unknown, repair.
The extra parts were key to the now smooth running of my vehicle due to the clutch repair that I had booked not being required, just the master and slave cylinders.

Never used click mechanic before, will use again!
Vlad text me before arrival let me know he was on the way, told me all he needed was the keys and leave the rest to him.
My partner was home as I had gone to work and she told me he updated her on the repair.
Great guy who did a great job, highly recommend 👍🏻

He rang me after inspection gave me a verbal report and then sent the full report via email

Vlad turned up one time, his communication was great and he kept me updated the whole time. The job was done much quicker than I expected and to a very high standard. Vlad also explained the issues we were having and what caused them. A great guy and clearly a very competent mechanic!
